Customary Awkward Introduction

My name is Joseph Moody and I am insanely interested in deployment and management technologies. My biggest passions are:  Group Policy, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, System Center, and PowerShell. Since 2005, my goal has been to make my work life as easy as possible. Ironically, that means a never ending quest to automate everything! In that time, I’ve gathered a handful of certs including my MCSE. On October 1st 2013, I received a Microsoft MVP in Software Management, Distribution, and Servicing!  I am a Microsoft MVP in Cloud and Datacenter Management.

Why DeployHappiness?

At work, I faced problems everyday dealing with Desktops, Management, Servers, Users, etc. Everything was a constant challenge. What helped me most were individual blogs written by some very sharp experts in their field. In fact, these experts are what still drive my passion for IT. I launched DeployHappiness in 2013 to document projects that I work on, tips that I find very useful, and walkthroughs covering many technologies. Through weekly posts and detailed guides, I hope to make your IT life a little easier.
