In the coming weeks, two really great trainings will be offered for free! Here are the details:
Training 1: Lunch and Learn on Software Extraction
We had 63 votes on the upcoming Lunch and Learn – the winning topic was Extracting MSIs for Software Deployment. If you think software extraction is more painful than a root canal, here is your chance to learn some cool tricks! For those in the Brunswick, GA area – this will be a short but free live training! If you aren’t in the Brunswick area, keep reading though!
Date: Friday, November 8th
Time: 12:30 – 1:30. Either eat before or bring some lunch. The training will take between 40 minutes and an hour. Like before, we can (optionally) stay extra to cover in-depth info, answer questions, get off on tangents, etc.
Location: College of Coastal Georgia – Correll Building – Room 111A (same room that we’ve used previously)
Cost: Free! You just have to bring your own food. I’ll supply lights, chairs, running water, stupid jokes, etc.

Hi
Extracting MSIs for Software Deployment was simple, but there were a couple of things that I did not know, so I happy, thanks J!
Although I expected “hardcore” deploy 🙂
PS: for not deployment, can be useful to someone. Free tool for detect filetype (nsis, installshield, archive, msi) and get keys for silent install – Universal Silent Switch Finder.
Hi Kei – I am glad you got a few tricks out of it! I’m sorry we couldn’t get into the more in depth stuff. Even just covering that small topic, it still took us an hour!
I’ve never heard of that application. I just tested it and it looks awesome – might make a good upcoming post! 🙂
